EXCHANGES AND RETURNS Policy
You can make a single change in size or for another item.
If you wish to purchase another garment or item for a lower amount, the difference will be refunded in a coupon so that you can enjoy it on our website without an expiration date.
If, on the other hand, the new garment or item you choose is for a higher amount, you can pay the difference with your payment card or through Bizum.
When the garment arrives at our facilities and is reviewed by our warehouse team, we will generate a new order with the new size or new item requested and we will send it to you as soon as possible.
Size changes or exchanges for another item can only be made in the peninsula, Spain.
You will have 14 days from receiving your order to request a size change.

The customer has 14 calendar days for the economic return* from receipt of the garment.
This date will be the one that appears on the delivery note. The financial refund will be made in the same payment method in which the purchase was made. Return shipping costs will be assumed by the customer.
To make your return you can request a scheduled collection at the customer's cost for 6.95 euros or you can send it directly to our store.
You can manage both processes through our email indicating the reason for the return.
