RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

CHANGES

You can make a single change of size or for another item. If you wish to purchase another garment or item of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to you in the form of a voucher so that you can enjoy it on our website without an expiration date. If, on the other hand, the new garment or item you choose is of a higher value, you can pay the difference with your payment card or through Bizum. When the garment arrives at our facilities and is reviewed by our warehouse team, we will generate a new order with the new size or new item requested and we will send it to you as soon as possible. Size changes or exchanges for another item can only be made in mainland Spain. You will have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a size change. For more help with this process, contact our customer service team at atencionalcliente@atipikasotogrande.com and we will tell you the steps to follow.

RETURNS

The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the item to make a financial return*. This date will be the one stated on the delivery note. The financial return will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase. The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. To make your return you can request a scheduled collection at the customer's cost of 6.95 euros or you can send it directly to our store. Both processes can be managed through our email indicating the reason for the return.
